PUMPKIN SPICE BARS
4 eggs
1 tsp soda
1-1/2 Cups honey
3/4 tsp salt
1 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp ginger
16 oz pumpkin
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Cup raisins
2 tsp baking powder
2-1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
Beat eggs, honey, oil and pumpkin. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, salt, ginger and cloves. Mix in raisins. Pour into greased 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 pan. Bake until light brown (25-30 minutes) at 350 degrees. Cool; frost; sprinkle with nuts. Cut into bars; refrigerate.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix I pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened, 1/4 Cup plus 2 Tbs margarine, softened, 1 tsp vanilla. Gradually beat in 1/3 Cup honey or 1 Cup powdered sugar until smooth.
