PUMPKIN BREAD
 

3-1/3 C sifted flour
3 C sugar
2 t baking soda
1 C chopped pecans
1-1/2 t salt
4 eggs
1 t cinnamon
1-1/2 C canned pumpkin
1 t nutmeg
1 C salad oil
2/3 C water

Mix and sift dry ingredients; add nuts and mix. Combine slightly beaten eggs with remaining ingredients; pour all at once into dry ingredients and blend lightly. Bake in 3 greased loaf pans in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
