PASTRY FOR 2-2 CRUST PIES

3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix, then cut in 1 cup Crisco. Stir in with for 1 scant cup cold water-- first 1/2 cup then just enough more to cause dough to barely stick together. Work into ball, divide into 4 parts; roll. DO NOT OVERWORK.
