PERFECT PIE CRUST
mix together:
4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
Add:
1-3/4 cup Crisco. Mix until crumbly.
Beat together in cup or small bowl:
1/2 cup ice water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
Add to flour mixture and stir until ingredients are moist. Divide into 4 balls. Use immediately or will keep in refrigerator for 3 days. For longer period, make crusts, seal in plastic bags and freeze or freeze balls and thaw before rolling.
