2 doz peppers
7 med onions
2 T salt
2 T mustard seed
3 c vinegar
3 c sugar
Grind peppers and onions. Save juice. Combine all ingredients. Boil 30 minutes. Fill Jars to 1/2" of top. Cap and band. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes. Yield 4 pints.
