PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

    1 c sugar     1 T white Karo syrup
    1/4 t salt    3/4 c milk
    1/4 t vanilla 6 T peanut butter

    Mix sugar, Karo, salt and milk and cook over low heat
    until thickened, stirring constantly. Add peanut butter
    and blend. Remove from heat and add vanilla when cool.
    Refrigerate. Serve over ice cream. Source: Mary Glass
