PASTA SALAD
(Ingredients in this salad can be varied in content and make proportions
to your liking.)
Prepare the salad ingredients and place in a large bowl:
sliced carrots
chopped sweet onion
broccoli florets
cauliflower florets
shredded cheese
pepperoni slices, quartered
Optional items also include: young zucchini slices, green pepper, sliced
black olives, sliced cucumbers, etc.
Cook spiral macaroni al dente (a little firm). Then add while
hot to the salad ingredients. Add Italian dressing to taste.
I use a large bottle of dressing for about 2 pounds of macaroni.
Toss. Refrigerate. Better if made a day ahead. Source:
