OVEN-CRISPED ORANGE CHICKEN

1 beaten egg
1/2 of a 6 oz can (1/3 c) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 T soy sauce
1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs
1 t paprika
1/4 t salt
3 T butter
1 chicken, cut up

Combine beaten egg, orange Juice concentrate, and soy sauce stir to mix well. In a small bowl thoroughly combine bread crumbs, papprik and salt. Melt butter in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in the orange-soy mixture, then coat with crumbs. Place chicken, skin side up and so pieces don't touch, in the baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven about 50 minutes or until tender. Do not turn.
