Select orion skins that are rather large and tan to brown in color. Wet skins. Cover raw eggs with skin and wrap and tie on with string. (A spool of white sewing thread works well) Make Sure skins touch eggs. Cook as for hard-cooked eggs. Cool and remove skins. Polish with salad oil. Makes a very pretty and unusual egg for easter.
