2 cups water
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp cream of tartar
Boil this together (stir). Add 25 Ritz crackers. Boil 1 minute. Do not stir. Put in crust. Dot with butter and cinnamon. Put on top crUSt. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
