MEATBALLS

2 lb lean ground Chuck
2 slices dry bread in fine pieces
4 eggs
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 T parsley
1 t garlic powder
1 t salt
dash pepper
1/16 t oregano
1 small onion, minced

Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. From into balls of desired size. Place on lightly greased baking dish and brown in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Drain and sinmer in spaghetti sauce. Serve ovr spaghetti or as cocktail meatballs. Alternative leave Out oregano and simmer in cream of chicken soup For a main Course.
