3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
1/2 a Disquick
16 Oz pumpkin
2 T margarine
1/2 t cinnamon
1 can milk
1/4 t nutmeg
2 t vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate (9 or 10"). Beat all ingredients until smooth, one minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean--50-55 minutes.
