HOT FUDGE SAUCE

6 Tbs margarine
2 CUPS powdered sugar
2/3 Cup cocoa
1 Cup evaporated milk
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa and mix well. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until thick. Serve hot on ice cream or store in refrigerator and reheat over hot water before serving. Makes 2 cups.
