1/3 c sour cream
3 T minced gr onion
4 t white vinegar
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2-1/2 c (12 oz) Cubed cooked ham
1-1/2 c diced cooked potatoes
1 c cottage cheese
1/2 c chopped celery
1 chopped hard cooked egg
Combine sour cream, green onion, vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine ham, potatoes, cottage cheese, celery and egg in large bowl. Gently fold in Sour cream mixfture. Chill covered 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serves 4-6.
