HALLOWEEN MAKEUP

Mix 3 T corn starch and 1 T flour

Gradually stir in 3/4 c Karo light corn syrup and 1/4 c water. Set aside 1/4 c mixture.

Divide the remaining mixture into 3 small cups adding 1/2 t food color for each desired color.

Apply the untinted mixture to face. Avoid eyelids and the area around eyes.

Cover with 1-ply white tissue. Apply more untinted mixture. Let dry 15 minutes.

Mix colors to get desired effect. Paint on tissue on face. Wash off with water.
