GRANOLA

Measure 3 cups rolled oats (regular) to ungreased 9x13x2 inch pan and heat uncovered in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Measure:
1/4 c brown sugar
1/3 c wheat germ
1/4 c flaked coconut
3 T untoasted sesame seed
1/2 c slivered almonds
Toss well with oats.

Mix 1/4 cup salad oil with 2-1/2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Drizzle over oat mixture with light sprinkle of salt and toss with fork. Heat for 25 minutes only until golden brown. Watch closely near end of heating. Stir frequently.

Remove from oven and cool completely. Add 1/2 cup raisins. Makes about 1 quart.
