Gourmet Pork chops

6 loin chops (1/2" thick)
2 T flour
dash pepper
1 t salt
3/4 c water
1/4 t rosemary
1/2 t ginger
1/2 c sour cream
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 3-1/2  oz. can French fried onion rings

Coat chops in flour, salt and pepper.  Brown.  Place in baking dish.
Combine soup, water, ginger, rosemary and pour over chops.  Sprinkle with
half the onion rings.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.  Cover
with rest of onion rings and continue baking for 10 minutes.  Remove meat to
platter.  Blend sour cream into soup mixture.  Heat thoroughly.  Pass with
meat or mix the sour cream with the soup at the beginning and bake all
together and serve in baking dish.
