FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS

1/3 margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 cup milk

Mix margarine, sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients and milk. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Immediately remove from pans and roll in melted margarine (3/4 cup) and then in a mimture of 1-1/2 cup sugar and 1-1/2 t. cinnamon. Makes 12.
