1-1/2 c flour
1 t soda
1 c sugar
1/2 t salt
Add:
1 #2 can fruit cocktail (juice added)
1 beaten egg
1 stick softened oleo
Mix by hand; pour in greased and floured 8x10" greased and floured pan.
TOPPING
1 c brown sugar
1 c coconut
1 c chopped nuts
Mix and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 Minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
