1 cake yeast (or 1 pkg dry)
1/4 cup warm water
Combine above and set aside.
Combine:
1 C cottage cheese (heated)
1 t dill seed
1 T flaked onion
1 T butter (melt with cottage cheese)
Add yeast.
Sift together.
1 t salt
2 T sugar
1/4 t soda
2-1/2 C flour
Combine with above mixture. Let rise 1 hour; work down and let rise 15 to 20 minutes longer. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
