CHEESE WAFERS

2 C, shredded Cheddar (8 oz.)
1/4 lb butter, softened
1/2 t salt
Coyenne pepper-
1-1/4 C sifted flour

Combine cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Gradually blend in flour. Turn out on sheet of waxed paper and shape into a roll., Chill and slice very Chill and slice very thin. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
(May be kept in refrigerator for up to a month.)
