CHEESE MOLD

3/4 lb Roquefort cheese
1 large pkg cream cheese
1/2 bunch celery leaves, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped -fine
1/2 T minced onion
1 T  melted butter
1 T Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper to taste
3,/4 lb salted pecans, chopped
parsley sprigs

Mix together all ingredients except pecans and parsley and form into a ball. Roll in the pecans and chill. Garnish with parsley.  Serves 6-8.
