CHEESE LOG

2 # Longhorn
1/4 # Sharp Cheddar
1/4 # Swiss
8 oz. Philadelphia Cheese
5- 6 oz Limburger
6- 8 oz Blue Cheese
2 medium onions

Grind. Season to taste with Worchestershire Sauce and garlic powder. Stir in enough salad dressing or mayonnaise to make right consistency to form into logs. Roll in firmly chopped nuts or paprika. Note. cheese amounts may be varied to personal taste.
