1 pkg (12 oz) Barg and Foster cherry chips
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup salad oil
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Melt cherry chips. In large bowl combine with sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix into cherry mixture. Roll teaspoonful of dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place an greased cookie sheets 2" apart. Bake at 350 degrees oven 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack. Makes 6 dozen 2" cookies.
