CARAMEL CANDY

6 C white sugar
1 -6 oz. can evaporated milk
1 bottle white karo syrup (2 cups)

Bring to rapid boil.

Add 1/2 lb. butter (real) and cook to soft ball stage. Let cool and beat until sets up and pour into buttered pan. Add nuts, if desired.
