BREADED TOMATOES

Melt 1/2 stick margarine
Cube 6 slices bread
Chop 1 small onion

Combine above in skillet and cook until slightly browned. Add tomatoes to moisten, salt and ground basil to taste. Place in casserole and bake. Top with cheddar or parmesan cheese the last 10 minutes.
