1 #2 can shoestring beets
1 pkg lemon gelatin
1 c boiling water
3/4 c beet juice
3 T white vinegar
2 t onion juice or grated onion
3/4 c diced celery
1/2 t salt
2 T horseradish
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Mold. Makes 8-10 servings.
