AUTUMN PUMPKIN PIE

1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1-1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1-3/4 Cup mashed cooked or Canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp each nutmeg and ginger
1 cup hot water

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat all ingredients together. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted into pie comes out clean.
