Dilemma
I want to tell you,
but I'm not sure I can.
I've held this secret so long
that it seems this is how it's always been.
I've admired you from a distance;
you've been such a constant friend.
I could tell you in a moment,
but where would this truth end.
Can friendship into
love be made?
Or would my heart
and our friendship break?
Is the risk worth
the chance I want to take?
What would happen
if I told you the truth?
I guess, in the end,
it's really up to you.
