Hello, my name is Jared, but in the computer world I'm usually known as The Hunter. I am a graduate student in the Ph.D. Counseling program at SIU in Carbondale, IL. I'm originally from Tennessee, but I spent four years at Southeast Missouri State University aka SEMO in Cape Girardeau, MO. That is where I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology. I still have a lot of friends who I met while I was there. My
interests are Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido (Korean Martial Arts), dancing (clogging, square dancing, two step), sports, and occasional other impulsive interests. However, despite being healthy, graduate school has greatly reduced my activity level.
The big news in my life since the last time I updated (a long time ago) is that I am engaged and my thesis is finally done. In that order.

pets: Brazillain White Knee Tarantula. It will eventually be huge.
At home we have dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, and goats (I live in a rural area, in case you didn't guess).
favorite music: Classic Metal, although I listen to almost anything but Rap
