Hello, everyone. I'm not sure that there is still anyone reading. Esp. since the last update was over a year and a half ago, now.
I hope to start doing regular updates again. A lot has been going on in my life lately. I'm engaged, and I will soon be married. I got engaged last July to a wonderful woman, and this July (2003) I will be getting married to her. Wedding planning has been taking up a lot of my time. I could write a whole rant on that, easily.
I also finally finished my thesis, and I will officialy receive my master's degree in psychology this May. I have already passed my preliminary exams (in January), so it is now on to the dissertation. I could also do multiple rants on prelims. I probably would have just as a stress reliever if I hadn't been studying 12 hours a day for much of the process.
Also, I am currently TAing psychology 211. It is a research methods (design and stats) course here at SIU. Who would've ever thought I would be teaching (ok, helping to teach) a class involving stats. Anyway, that's my life for now. Next time will actually be a real rant. Also, I do still check on the guest book, if anyone cares to make an entry. Let me know you're still out there.
