Submit cemetery

I would like to submit the cemetery where my great great grandfather is buried. His name is William Henry{W.H.}Smith, born March 14, 1840 in New Hope Alabama. He enlisted with the 50th Alabama Co. C as a private on Sept. 30, 1861 at Paint Rock Station, in Jackson Co. Al. He fought at the Battle of Chickamauga and was wounded in the leg. He was captured Dec. 1864 near Huntsville, Al. and was paroled in Jan. 1865.

He is laid to rest at Old Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemtery, in Dekalb Co.   The church is organized in 1847, and has other soldiers buried there. Only a few, though, but I am glad to say that the grounds are well kept.

Again I would like to submit this information and would like to say that I am very PROUD to be a Confederate descendant.
