There is another Confederate veteran buried at Red Hills. He is William H. Lee. born May 27, 1822. Died 1892. His wife Caroline Thompson Lee born 1830, died 1901 is buried next to him.

Height 6 ft, born Monroe Co. Ala., Complex- fair, Eyes Hazle Hair dark.
Reduced to ranks Oct. 1, 1862 for physical liablility. (the problem was he
had lied about his age.) Original pay roll.....Enlisted camp near Dalton Gar
March 29, 1864.
