I know my ancestor Leonidas Pearsall, 38th North Carolina, was wounded
at Gettysburg, at Pickett's Charge, and was taken prisoner, due to his
wounds.  He was taken to David's Island, N.Y. where he died.  Would you
have any idea, where those prisoners would have been buried?

I would truly be greatful if you could provide any information.
