--Here's my second Sublime transcription.  This song is off the new self-
 titled album (Gasoline Alley).

--The song is a ska/punk mix and you'll have to adjust your guitar midsong
 to get the right sound.  Listen to it and you'll see what I mean.
 
--For the entire first verse, Dm is played with the traditional reggae/ska
 upstroke.  Listen to get the right beat.

Verse 1:

Dm ...etc.
Down in Mississippi where the sun beats down from the sky

--This is where the distortion comes in.

--Verse 2 starts out a little different from Verse 1.  Up until the line 
 "Shut my mouth and put down my guitar" The chords are Dm, Cm, Fm, Dm.  They 
 are played with the same upstroke pattern except that the second Dm is held
 for a beat.  Again, this is hard to explain so listen to the song.  After
 this part they go back to just Dm.

Verse 2:

When you light up in the back with those tricks up your sleeve

--This whole verse is the same Dm, Cm, Fm, Dm that starts Verses 1 and 2.
 At the end of this last verse the solo tabbed below starts.

Makes no difference it's all the same in the end

--Under the solo the second guitar keeps playing the upstroke chords.
 I think they are just Dm and Cm but I'm not totally sure.
