That is a nice, easy game mechanic to justify why someone might choose
to fire directly at a foe instead of just at the ground around him.

What do you think are
the most critical aspects of a campaign? Obviously, characters
are
important, but other than that, do you focus on plots, settings,
combat, mysteries, etc?
