I think this is pretty much resolved, I like the percentile rolls for the
target hitting and if you call a shot to a small section of the body (i.e.
Head, hand,) it will miss depending on were they are located.

I would increase the main body to 51-97 and then the head to 98-00.

Is this a reasonable change to the rule?
