Actually I have seen the shocker in action, and it was not pretty. We were
playing a multiplayer game in the pit when this guy brought out the shocker /
firewhip combo. Fortunately I had only two cards in my hand, making me an
unlikely target. The guy next to me, unfortunately, had seven cards in his hand.
Ouch! Soon afterwards, though, the shocker was blown to smitherinees <sound of
a mighty cheer!>.

Shocker was one of the many cards I was undecided about. I eventually concluded
that it is just a good card, and not nearly as bad as some of the others. It is,
after all, a creature with a low toughness.
