That would be cool if it worked like that. Wouldn't you have to sack it 20
times to do the 40 damage though? Usually there is a fixed cost with a
sacrifice: sack this to have this effect (in this case sack the goblin to do
2 damage).

There is a white enchantment that says when a creature is put into your
graveyard from play, you may sack the enchantment to bring a creature card
from your graveyard into play. If a number of creatures go to the graveyard
at the same time, could I get multiple creatures from my graveyard?
