(The stage is divided into two. The first half is normal, a set court room. The judge is stage left, and on a large pedestal. The lawyer's tables are a few feet away facing the bench. In front of the bench, and still on the pedestal is the clerk's able It has a typewriter and a s tack of paper. Upstage center is the jury box consisting of average people of different race and color. Behind the judge is an oil portrait- preferably of a president. Also an American flag, and a clock that changes manually backstage. Downstage left of the bench is the wittness box. This half of the set is known as the LIVE SET. The other half of the stage, without a real barrior dividing them,is the MIME SET it consists of nothing. Although some boxes and chairs will be brought on later. This set consists of mimes playing the flashbacks.)
JUDGE
He is a Caucasion man in his mid thirties. It's all about relative. Guilty! What's the next case Josh? I've got a date at seven and it's already one. Josh is an African American, and is muscular in his mid twenties.
PROSECUTOR
I'm next! He does a streddlejump over the prosecutor's table, pushing over the court's prosecutor . He is a middle age man with icy eyes.
JUDGE
Exasperated. Who the hell is this guy?
JOSH
Reading a folder, speaking to PROSECUTOR Wow, I've seen you on TV before! You're John Maldu! PROSECUTOR offers his hand. "Need some money? Get injured and sue. You can become a millionare through John Maldu
JOHN MALDU
That's me.
JOSH
Smiling God, I hate you. You are so annoying.
JUDGE
(Looking through the folder, talking to Josh) Ok, so what exactly is this case about.
JOHN MALDU
It's kinda complicated.
JUDGE
