Ellen Degeneres is truly my savior. When her sitcom first came out, I was enraptured by her humor....it was perfect! Much to my delight, friends began to comment that I (dare I say) reminded them of Ellen. This made me a really happy girl until all the talk of her coming out. Well, crap, I thought, if my friends associate my humor with Ellen's, what's to stop them from associating my sexuality as well?
As it turned out....(out....hehe), everything ended up being okay. I came to terms with my own sexuality, came out to many friends, and even my parents! So far, so good. :) Way to go Ellen!
Back to Ellen, if you haven't heard her CD, Taste This yet, buy it! I'm serious! I can listen to it over and over and still find myself laughing until it hurts. This means I like it :)
