Joins 2 lines together if they can be joined

This function joins 2 lines into a single line as long as they are lined up on one line.

If two lines are on different layer, the final joined line uses the layer of first picked line. 

For example, if you change your mind that you don't want to glue bellow's partition walls to the exterior wall.

You could use this function to join four separate exterior wall lines into one single line to save drawing's entities and size.
