We agree :

� to discuss our progress and new ideas through E-mail, committing to send messages by Sunday of each week.

� meetings will discuss the necessity of arranging subsequent meetings, particularly between the due date of the first draft and the final draft.

� to take turns keeping minutes at the meetings, and use the minutes as source material when preparing our group assessment.

� to notify the group in advance if we cannot meet particular deadlines or attend group meetings.

� to complete the tasks stated in the Calendar.
