You can get Bahamut during Disc 3. Go to the Warship Island. Walk closer and closer to the generator core only when the light is off. The answers to the questions are: 1st option for the 1st question, 2nd option for the 2nd, and 3rd (hidden option) for the 3rd. Then you will fight Bahamut.
