III.  CCD CD Info:
Eric Made the cover, Shannon and Kevin designed the back, and Shannon assembled, boxed, and shipped the ordered CD's/tapes to their respective schools.
  - Late CD orders:  Shannon will talk to Gary Smith and see what the minimum order would be, and Shannon will tell that to the High Schools Directors.  If the minimum isn't met, current payment will be returned to the students.
-There were 45 CD's sold, and 14 tapes, totaling between $100 and $200 in profit.  Gary Smith charged $35/studio time and $11/CD.
  - Next year.  The Music Dept. will have a CD Burner, so we are assuming 70 CD's at $16 - $3 for cost/work = $910 profit made.

IV.       ACDA will not do Dido and Aenas CD's right now.
V.           Dr. A will find the free music information for Shannon to host choral readings.
VI. People to invite to meetings:
   Tara De Bruin (Vocal Performance?)
   John Stickney
   Derrick Johnson (Member already?)
   Troy Behrens (Performance Major?)
   Rob Barke
   Tim Fey
   Luke Reschke
   Krista Munkres

-We will have treats (Brownies) at the next ACDA meeting and give a personal invitation to each of the above listed.

VII. Shannon contacted other ACDA chapters and got ideas of things to plan ahead for.  Things like Choral Readings, Workshops, or even a Carnival.

VIII.  Dr. A suggested a few things for activities.

Visit an area high school and middle school and observe directors and classroom management followed by lunch and discussion.

"Workshops"
+Dr. A, speaker.  Subject "Different Kinds of Choral Music" (some later date)
+Matt Doty, speaker.  Subject "Things to Know as a New Teacher" (this semester)
+Mrs. Scott, Speaker.  Subject "Teaching Sight-Reading in Choirs" (this semester)

IX.  Kevin will retype up the ACDA constitution for display on the bulletin board next to Dr. A's office.

X.  Kevin will check with SAB (Student Activities Board) and see what is needed to officially become a school-sponsored club.  This would give us opportunities to request funding for educational activities.  Currently, MENC is the only SAB sponsored Music Club.

XI.  ACDA Regional Conference
   - In Oklahoma City, March 15-18th.  Dr. A can't go, so Kevin will contact Adams State or Metro State ACDA to see if we can attend with them.  Or we may contact University of OK and see if they could provide housing for a few students attending a conference for a few days.
