Our routine started with some cool hip hop dancing and a crowdpleasing "rotating arabesque" pyramid, which we transitioned to an "outside hitch" pyramid once we faced the front after the rotation, much to the crowd's delight. Why rotate one stunt at a time when you can connect 5 and turn them all at once?

After a short pause, we led the crowd in a spirited cheer for UCSD, throwing easy stunts such as double based extensions to rippled full downs and a 2-2-1 high split pyramid in synch to the words of the cheer.
Then the music started again and we awed the crowd with a triple basket toss sequence followed by a really high toss tuck-arch.
After a short segment of more smooth hip-hop dance moves, we pulled 4 huge flags across the back spelling UCSD and threw partner stunt sequences of rockets to high torches and high torch arabesques in the front, all with twisting dismounts; and ended our routine with a 2-2-1 arm stand pyramid with stretches to the sides.
Throughout the day, we set up a booth on Library Walk to advertise try-outs for next year's squad, and to provide information about our team, who we are, and what we do. Often, we played arround behind the booth, throwing stunts to delight the passing crowds, including an awesome one-arm liberty by Joee and Jonathan.
The girls even tossed the guys arround! Hehehe...

We had a terrific day!!! :o)
