My matron of honor was Linda Faye Calloway May. Even though we dispised each other in high school, we have been best friends for 20+ years. Whenever we have taken on a project, Linda has always been what she called "the brains behind this operation" and I would always be the one doing the work. She would provide ideas and input, I would implement whatever we decided to do; then she would sit back and critique everything. Well, this wedding was no exception. She came up with all of the ideas while myself, Lee and Shirley did all of the work; then Linda sat back and critiqued. True to form, that's Linda; my best friend.

Linda is the Postmaster at the Bienville Post Office. She and husband, Greggory O. May resides in Grambling's Mt. Olive community. They were married two or three months before George and I. As of now, they are knee-deep in finishing construction of their home. (Greg has built it solo from start to almost finish). They plan to start a family soon.
