This is a very well known quote from South Park. The characters on the show say it in every episode because Kenny is slaughtered in every show. Not to many children watch this particular show but it is a cartoon which means that if they happen to flip through the channels and see this show, they will stop to watch it. They are then subject to learning the horrible dialog that is on the show. There is no arguing that this show is the most violent cartoon show on television and is not suitable for children.
