The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a popular show amoung young boys. I think it is probably because of the fighting and weapons they use to beat up the enemies. But what is this teaching young boys? That it is okay to kick someone they don't like because obviously they are the enemy so it must be okay to beat them up because the Ninja Turtles do it. This catoon is a prime example of violence that todays youths are exposed to everyday. This show is so popular that they even made a couple of movies out of it. This only increases the chances of the younger generations to learn and model what they see from the Ninja Turtles. |
