Sailor Pluto/Setsuna

Setsuna is Sailor Pluto.  She is an Outer Scout.  She is the controller of time.  Pluto is mysterious and doesn't show herself if at all possible.  She is older than the other Scouts.

She is my second favorite scout!

Colors: Dark Red and Green

Birthday: October 29th

Transformation: Pluto Planet Power, Make Up.

Element: Time

Time Staff: Controls time and can be used as a weapon.

Dead Scream: Sonic scream to disable opponent and destroy buildings.

Dark Dome Close: Forbidden attack to close the passage of time.
